Money and Finance Quotes from Facebook

July 6, 2012 | By Garry De Castro | Filed in: Personal Finance.

Let me just share today some Quotes related to personal finance, investing and money I got from Facebook. These are excellent quotes and statements about money to live by. Some are funny too but true.

From ‘pareng’ Warren Buffet

On Earning: “Never depend on single income. Make investment to create a second source”.

On Spending: “If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell things you need”.

On Savings: “Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left saving”.

On Taking Risk: “Never test the depth of the river with both feet”.

On Investment: “Do not put all eggs in one basket”.

On Expectations: “Honesty is very expensive gift. Do not expect it from cheap people”.

From Will Smith excerpt from the movie In Pursuit of Happyness

“Too many people spend money they haven’t earned, to buy things they don’t want, to impress people they don’t like.”

3 stupid stages of life!

Teen age:
Have Time + Energy… but no Money

Working Age:
Have Money + Energy… but no Time

Old Age:
Have Time + Money… but no Energy

And my favorite.

Money Isn’t Everything…

It can buy a bed – but not sleep.
It can buy a clock – but not time
It can buy you a book – but not knowledge
It can buy you a position – but not respect
It can buy you medicine – but not health
It can buy you blood – but not life
It can buy you sex – but not love.

So you see, money isn’t everything, and it often causes pain and suffering. I tell you all this because I am your friend, and as your friend I want to tak away your pain and suffering…

So send me all your money and I will suffer for you. 😀
