My 3rd, 4th and 5th Adsense Earnings

It’s another end of the month and what bloggers expect at the end of each month? Adsense payout of course. After my 2nd adsense payout post, my apologies that I wasn’t able to write about it. Maybe I was too busy then. Maybe I was frustrated with the recent outcome. Maybe I was just too lazy to write anything. But as they say, it’s better late than never so let me fill in those shortcomings by writing not only the 3rd, but also the 4th and 5th adsense payout I got.

Let me have a recap from where I left off. If you will remember, my 2nd adsense payout which I got last end of July amounting to $211.08 was the earnings of June 2008. So how much did I actually earn from adsense for the month of July, August, September. That should then pertain to my 3rd, 4th and 5th earnings.

For the month of July, I actually made $190.30 – withdrawn first week of August.

For the month of August, I made $275.57 – withdrawn last week of September.

And for September $207.87 – I got it this afternoon.

You may be asking what happened to those months which are low in earnings? Look at the illustration of my all time earnings below.

As you can see, the earnings from February till August were consistently on an upward direction. It only subsided on the month of September. So how come that from $211 (received at the end of July), I only made $190.30 the following month?

If you’ll remember, earnings are only available after a month and only available when it reaches $100. So the $211 I got at the end of July was not the sole production of June but also of May. That’s why it reached $211, sum of $62 for May and $148 for June.

But what happened in September that from $275.57, it suddenly went down to $207.87? It was actually the month that we change from a free domain to a paid one – for Pinay Celebrity Photos and Videos ( to But that was not the actual reason. The site was actually penalized by Adsense (sad to admit) for allegedly containing mature contents.

So for like 6-10 days, ads were prohibited on the site. As a counter measure, I did some cleaning and write directly to Adsense team that I removed ‘these’ prohibited pages. Fortunately, they heard me out and slowly returned the supply of ads.

Now, everything seems back to normal. The traffic may have been affected but the earnings were climbing back to normal. Hopefully I could reach my original goal of $35/day. That would surely be a feat for me.

So why the heck write about this personal earnings? Am I doing this to boast? It may look like it but its actually not the case.

You see, the original objective of this blog is to educate and inspire those few readers about the things that I learn along the way. So basically, my purpose is to let people know that this is possible. That you don’t have to be a writer to blog and earn from blogging. I want to inspire and encourage those people, who like me, have no formal background in writing.

I want you to think that if I can, so can you. You can also do this. It only takes the WILL to do it and the PASSION to write. The earnings will take care of itself as a reward.

Share also your blog and earnings be it small or big by commenting on the form below. Let’s inspire as many as we can. If we can do it, then most likely, everybody can do the same.

  3. I am very impressed sir. I was just browsing the blogs under “top blogs” and yours caught my attention. I’m still new to blogging and it’s really challenging because I know I have to wait until my blog starts to pick up a good number of visitors. I hope you can shed some light on how you started with adsense and the progress it has taken so far. If it’s okay, I have a few questions to ask:

    1. How many blogs are you currently handling now that are earning via adsense?
    2. How often do you update them?

Thank you… And as for the first comment made in this post, Juan, you’re not supposed to do that. Even with stating it publicly with your comment, you’re actually endangering the account of the website owner.

    Cheers to our success!

  4. It was interesting to read about your struggles with adsense….I clicked a couple of adverts for you to help you on your way….and hope you will find the time to help me out too
